This week’s menu is a real treat. We’re going with a Japanese theme, perhaps because Japan is on everyone’s mind these days. For those who haven’t had them before and missed my previous post on kelp noodles, they are thin raw noodles made from kelp, which is rich in iodine and other nutrients, and of course, gluten free.
Main course: Teriyaki vegetables with kelp noodles: Asian vegetables, dehydrated and served over kelp noodles with a delicious pineapple teriyaki sauce. R60
Dessert: Green tea & goji berry white chocolate: Load up on anti-oxidants while enjoying a delicious slab of raw vegan white chocolate. R 20
