Main course: Sandwich d’Italia- dehydrated brown bread (sunflower seed and flax base) with marinated mushrooms and onions, sliced tomatoes, basil-spinach pumpkin seed pesto and herbed cashew cheese R60
Dessert: Cherry vanilla mini cheesecake- cashew based cherry-vanilla filling in an almond-date crust R15
-crystal salad rolls (vegan but not raw) with soy-peanut sauce or tamari-macadamia sauce R20 for 2 pieces.

Pick-up is on Tuesday, 31 May from 1 of 5 locations:
-any time after 10:30 at Fruits and Roots, Bryanston;
-any time after 11:00 at Greenlands, Parkhurst;
-any time after 11:30 at Fresh Earth, Emmarentia;
-any time after 12:00 at Roots, Illovo;
-from 13:00-15:00 at Jozi Uncooked in Observatory.
