Sorry for not posting last week’s recipe. My camera gave up the ghost last Tuesday, so I couldn’t upload the pictures of the meal. But the recipe is very similar to the “steak and cheese” sandwich I posted before, here.
This week’s menu:
Main course: Asian noodle salad- Kelp noodles and mixed vegetables in a sweet and spicy miso dressing. R60
Dessert: Cacao-coconut ganache tartlets- baby morsels of coconut & almond topped with a rich chocolate ganache. R 10/ piece
I also have some extra stock of strawberry cheesecake (cashew-based filling, R20/piece), raw chocolate chip cookies (R10) and a few mini caramel-filled brownies (R10/piece) available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How it works:
Email joziuncooked [at] gmail.com to place your order. Let us know how many main courses and desserts you want. We will send payment details. Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed. All orders must be in by Monday, 06 June at 12:00 sharp!
Pick-up is on Tuesday, 07 June from one of five locations:
-any time after 10:30 at Fruits and Roots, Bryanston;
-any time after 11:00 at Greenlands, Parkhurst;
-any time after 11:30 at Fresh Earth, Emmarentia;
-any time after 12:00 at Roots, Illovo;
-from 13:00-15:00 at Jozi Uncooked in Observatory.
