Upcoming raw workshop, 13 July: Greek mezze

Next week, on Wednesday July 13th from 18:00-20:30, we’ll be offering a raw uncooking class on Greek mezze- those delicious small plates that enable indecisive people like to me to get a bunch of different things in one meal.

The workshop will be in the Jozi Uncooked kitchen in Observatory. It’s R250 per person, which includes a recipe and information booklet, the class, as well as a delicious meal.

At the workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn to make delicious Greek mezze including hummus, tzatziki, falafel and dolmas (stuffed grape leaves)
  • Learn kitchen techniques to make food preparation easier
  • Enjoy a delicious raw vegan feast and take home the recipes
