Upcoming workshops in October

After a brief hiatus, we’re re-starting the raw and vegan workshops. There will be 2 workshops this month, so please feel free to join us for one or both.

Raw workshop

Intro to Raw- Wednesday October 19th

Observatory, Johannesburg, 18:00-20:30

In this workshop, we’ll cover the basics of raw food– What is a raw diet? Why raw? What are the key foods and equipment for a raw diet? In addition to covering lots of information, we’ll also make some key raw “staples” like nut milk, vegetable pasta and “rice”, and you’ll learn how to mix and match these to make lots of delicious and healthy raw vegan dishes. R250 per person covers participation, workshop materials and a meal.

Raw dairy alternatives- Tuesday October 25th

Observatory, Johannesburg, 18:00-20:30

In this workshop, we’ll make delicious and healthy alternatives to dairy products, such asĀ  nut milk, nut and seed-based cheeses and ice cream. In addition to making these non-dairy basics, we’ll turn them into delicious recipes to make a whole meal. R250 per person covers participation, workshop materials and a meal.

Your place is only guaranteed once payment is received. Cancellation policy- refunds are given up to 72 hours before the workshop. After that, a partial refund or credit may be possible. Payment is forfeited if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of workshop.
