5-day raw detox: 10-14 September

Spring has arrived! That means it’s time for a spring cleanse. Try out the 5-day raw vegan detox September 10-14 to get you started.

The detox is an opportunity to eat nutritious and delicious food without the hassle of having to prepare it yourself. It’s a gentle cleanse (or not-so-gentle if you normally eat lots of processed, fast food), and a great way to boost your energy and vitality. Every day, you will receive: breakfast, snack, lunch, juice and supper. Breakfast might be a raw granola with almond milk or a big smoothie. The snack might be a raw energy bar, cucumber-grape gazpacho or flax crackers with cultured nut cheese. Lunch might be a raw pizza or teriyaki vegetables. The juice is a different delicious combination of fruits and veggies each day. Supper might be raw lasagna or Asian sesame-ginger noodles.

All of the meals are raw, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free.

In addition to your meals, you will also receive an info pack about eating raw/vegan food and detoxing, as well as questionnaires at the beginning and end of the week to help you set goals and evaluate your experience. I will stay in touch with you during the 5 days to provide ongoing motivation and support.
