November detoxes!

5-day detox meals

That’s right– we’ll be offering two detoxes in November, to make up for not keeping up with the high demand in October. Hopefully this way we can accommodate everyone who wants to spend 5 days eating gourmet healthy raw, vegan food. The dates are: Detox 1- November 5-9 and Detox 2- November 19-23.

The 5-day detox is an opportunity to eat nutritious and delicious food without the hassle of having to prepare it yourself. It’s a gentle cleanse (or a bit more intense if you normally eat lots of processed, fast food), and a great way to boost your energy and vitality. Every day, you will receive: breakfast, snack, lunch, juice and supper. Breakfast might be a raw granola with almond milk or a big smoothie. The snack might be a raw energy bar, cucumber-grape gazpacho or flax crackers with cultured nut cheese. Lunch might be a raw pizza or burger. The juice is a different delicious combination of fruits and veggies each day. Supper might be raw lasagna or Asian sesame-ginger noodles.

All of the meals are raw, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free.

In addition to your meals, you will also receive an info pack about eating raw/vegan food and detoxing, as well as questionnaires at the beginning and end of the week to help you set goals and evaluate your experience. I will stay in touch with you during the 5 days to provide ongoing motivation and support.
