Last 5-day raw vegan detox of 2012

raw vegan 5-day detox foods

This is your last chance for a detox in 2012, your last chance to spend 5 days eating gourmet healthy raw, vegan food that’s delivered to your door. The dates are: 3-7 December. Now that the silly season is in full swing, many of us fall of the wagon of our healthy eating habits. You can avoid that– or at least have a healthy interlude– by doing the detox.

The 5-day detox is an opportunity to eat nutritious and delicious food without the hassle of having to prepare it yourself. It’s a gentle cleanse (or a bit more intense if you normally eat lots of processed, fast food), and a great way to boost your energy and vitality. Every day, you will receive: breakfast, snack, lunch, juice and supper. Breakfast might be a raw granola with almond milk or a big smoothie. The snack might be a raw energy bar, cucumber-grape gazpacho or flax crackers with cultured nut cheese. Lunch might be a raw pizza or burger. The juice is a different delicious combination of fruits and veggies each day. Supper might be raw lasagna or Asian sesame-ginger noodles.

All of the meals are raw, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free.

In addition to your meals, you will also receive an info pack about eating raw/vegan food and detoxing, as well as questionnaires at the beginning and end of the week to help you set goals and evaluate your experience. I will stay in touch with you during the 5 days to provide ongoing motivation and support.

Space is limited, so please email joziuncooked@gmail.com as soon as possible to book a place. In your email, please include: a) any allergies or food intolerances that might affect the menu; b) your delivery address (for either before 9am or after 6pm).

If you miss this one, we’ll be back with 2 detoxes in January. Also, we’ll be sending out the healthy holiday catering menu soon, if you want to celebrate with delicious and nutritious meals.
