Raw vegan workshops in March

We’ve got two workshops coming up this month.

First, on Tuesday 19th of March, 18:30-20:30 we’ve got an Introduction to Raw Food workshop. Learn all the basics– the what, why, and how– of a raw food diet, share a delicious raw meal and take home a big packet of information and recipes.

Then on Tuesday 26th of March, 18:30-20:30 we’re doing a Raw Soups and Salads class. Take advantage of the summer bounty of fruits and vegetables and learn to make delicious and healthy raw soups and salads that can be snacks, side dishes or entire meals.

Workshops are in Observatory, Jhb. R300 per person. Booking is on a first come, first served basis. Please email joziuncooked@gmail.com to book, or for additional information.
