It seems vegan cooking classes and raw food workshops are in high demand these days. So we’ve scheduled a bunch of them– whether you’re just getting started, or want to perfect your skills, you should find something to interest you. All classes include a recipe pack and a snack/meal of the food we’ve created.
In addition to the classes, I’ll be doing a demonstration and talking about raw foods at the Valentine’s Green Drinks event at Food and Trees for Africa on Thursday, February 13th.
