Yes, we’re Jozi Uncooked, but sometimes, we fire up the oven, turn on the stove, and COOK. Right now, as we head into winter, seems like a pretty good time to do just that. And given the mounting interest in plant-based diets (everyone from Bill Clinton to Beyonce is trying them out), we’re offering a workshop that will give you an overview of the what, why and how of a vegan diet.

You will learn about vegan nutrition, the vegan “food group,” meal planning and of course, how to make several delicious vegan dishes. We will enjoy a delicious meal of the food we’ve prepared in the workshop, and you’ll go home with a booklet of recipes and other information.
