Are you interested in eating healthier, but unsure how to start? Have you heard of raw foods? Need more information?

This is the workshop for you. We will cover the health and environmental benefits of eating more raw food, as well as ingredients, equipment and techniques to make delicious raw meals. We’ll cover recipes for raw “staple foods” and of course, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal at the end.

Learn the what, why and how of a raw foods diet– including ingredients, equipment and basic recipes to get you started. Plus you’ll receive an information pack and enjoy a delicious raw meal that we’ve created in class. R350 per person.
