Time for a spring cleanse. 3-day mini detox

Spring has sprung! Many of us hibernate a bit in winter, getting less exercise and eating heavier foods while the weather is cold. But now that it’s getting warm again, it’s time to transition over to lighter foods. And how better to start than with a 3-day raw vegan mini detox.

How does the 3-day mini raw food detox work? Each day you receive all of your meals– a delicious bag of gourmet raw food, including breakfast, snack, lunch, juice and supper. You choose between morning (before 9am) and evening (after 6pm) deliveries. All you have to do is enjoy the good food– we make it, and your body takes care of the rest. There are lots of pictures of detox meals here on the website (www.joziuncooked.com) if you want to have a closer look. The food is all vegan, raw, gluten-free and sugar-free. We do our best to meet special dietary needs, as long as you let us know in advance (and there may be menu alteration charges).

The cost of the 3-day mini detox is R1050 plus delivery charges– send us your delivery address and we’ll calculate those for you. Please let us know of any allergies, intolerances or major food dislikes as well.

Sign up fast to ensure your place on the detox– space is limited. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received, and bookings close on the Thursday before the detox begins (no bookings or refunds after that point). Please let us know of any allergies, intolerances or major dislikes at time of booking, as we may have to charge for substitutions.

However, if the problems are too extensive or long-lasting, we may have to cancel the remainder of your detox/ cleanse and refund you or credit you the unused portion.
