Saturday, 9 March 2019, 10:00-13:00Come and learn about the what, how and why of raw foods…we will talk about ingredients and equipment, nutrition, and then make some basic raw food staple recipes which we will enjoy as a meal at the end of the class. You will also receive a booklet to take home, with loads of information and recipes.
