Hello Joburgers (and friends further afield). This week’s menu picks up where last week’s dessert (apple pie) left off– classic comfort food, but updated into new healthy raw versions. Eating a raw, vegan diet does not mean eating only apples or carrot sticks (though I have nothing against either of those foods). You can enjoy rich, hearty meals that remind you of old favourites– only these are much better for you. So, this week’s raw take-away menu:
Main course: Stuffed mushrooms- marinated mushrooms stuffed with a delicious pesto filling, served with parsnip “mashed potatoes” and a side of greens R 50
Dessert: Plum crumble- delicious and light, sweet plums topped with a pecan nut crumble R 15

Please email joziuncooked[at]gmail.com to place your order. Let us know how many main courses and desserts you want. We will send payment details. Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed. All orders must be in by Monday, the 10th of May at 12:00.
Pick-up is on Tuesday the 11th, in Observatory (from 12:00 to 15:00) or Melville (17:00-19:00). Alternative arrangements also available upon request.
