Raw vegan uncooking class, 19 September: Mediterranean flavours

Jozi Uncooked is happy to offer another thematic raw vegan uncooking class. This time we will be focusing on the flavours of the Mediterranean. The class is on Sunday, 19 September in Observatory, Johannesburg from 11:30-2:00.

At the workshop, you will:

* Learn to make delicious Mediterranean dishes like hummus, dolmas, falafel and more.

* Learn kitchen techniques to make food preparation easier.

* Learn about the health benefits of a raw vegan diet.

* Enjoy a feast of all the delicious raw vegan dishes we make, and take home the recipes.
