For all those who have been struggling to feed themselves during the raw Tuesday take-away hiatus, help is at hand. We’re back, with more delicious raw vegan meals. Very soon we will be adding new pick-up points, but for now, it’s still Observatory and Melville.
This week’s menu:
Main course: Pasta Puttanesca- delicious baby marrow noodles with a spicy tomato sauce, topped with sun-dried olives and capers. R 50
Dessert: Pumpkin pie- inspired by my time in the States, where all things are pumpkin flavoured in October-November. A creamy, sweet pie spiced with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup. R20 for an individual mini-pie.
(Note: capers and maple syrup are not actually raw. Please indicate if this will be a problem and we can leave the capers off the pasta for you. The pie, however, can’t be altered).

All orders must be in by Monday, 15 November at 12:00. Pick-up is on Tuesday, 16 November from 12:00-14:00 in Observatory, or 17:00-19:00 in Melville. Alternative arrangements also available upon request. Please inform us of any food allergies or special dietary needs.
