There’s time for one more raw workshop before the end of the year. On Sunday, December 5th we’ll be doing a holiday uncooking class. We’ll make festive raw vegan dishes that will impress your friends and family members at holiday meals. Some of these are new recipes I learned while training at Pure Food & Wine in New York, some are raw vegan versions of holiday classics.
The workshop is from 11:30-2:30 in Observatory, Johannesburg. Cost is R 250 for all workshop materials and a delicious raw feast.

As a special bonus, I have a couple of jars of Honest Chocolate‘s raw chocolate spread for sale. I will offer them to workshop participants first, before offering them to the broader Jozi Uncooked family. This stuff is amazing! I had the pleasure of sampling their whole range of raw chocolates this weekend, and believe me, they are divine. I will write more about them in future.
