This week’s take-away has a North African flavour. Perhaps because the popular uprising in Tunisia is getting so much press?
This week we are also adding a new collection point. From now on, you can pick up your take-aways at Greenlands in Parkhurst, from 12:00 on Tuesdays. Greenlands is going to replace Melville for those collecting food on the west side of town. It’s at #9 4th avenue, Parkhurst.
Main course: Cous cous: parsnip-based cous cous with dried fruits and seeds, topped with date sauce and served with Moroccan carrot salad on a bed of greens. R60
Dessert: Peaches and cream pie: Fresh peaches and coconut-cashew cream, served on an almond base. R20
