February workshop schedule: cooking & uncooking classes

This month there will be three workshops– 2 raw and 1 cooking class. That’s right, Jozi Uncooked is firing up the stove and doing a little vegan cooking. So for those of you who are a little intimidated by the thought of eating raw food, you can check out the Southeast Asian cooking class. For the rest of you raw foodies, there will be 2 uncooking workshops, and we’ll be making all kinds of delicious raw food, as usual.

In all of the workshops, you’ll learn about health, nutrition and kitchen techniques; you’ll receive a folder of recipes and other information to take home with you; and best of all, you’ll enjoy a delicious feast of the dishes we make in class.
