Before I get to the menu, I’d wanted to mention that I’ve got some extra stock of raw and vegan treats– you can order them along with the take-away and pick them up on Tuesday. Or if you’re really desperate, you can get them from me on Monday. I’ve got herbed cashew cheese (R20 per 120g tub), almond “feta” (R15 per 50g block), thai nori bites (R20 per packet), BBQ kale chips (R10 per packet) and some delicious raw macaroons, in green tea or spiced flavours, R20 per packet of 3. I’ve also got some almost-raw Vietnamese crystal salad rolls with a spicy soy dipping sauce, R20 for 2 pieces. All available on first come, first served basis.
Main course: beetroot ravioli: marinated beetroot ravioli filled with herbed cashew cheese and mushrooms, served on a bed of greens with a pesto drizzle. R60
Dessert: oatmeal raisin cookies: delicious raw oatmeal biscuits with a hint of spice (cinnamon & nutmeg). R10 per cookie (NOTE: oats may be cross-contaminated with gluten).

Pick-up is on Tuesday, 15 March from one of four locations:
-any time after 11:00 at Fruits and Roots, Bryanston;
-any time after 12:00 at Greenlands, Parkhurst;
-any time after 12:30 at Fresh Earth, Emmarentia;
-from 13:00-15:00 in Observatory.
