It’s time for a 3-day juice cleanse! That’s 3 days of delicious juices (and nut milks) delivered daily, so you can enjoy a burst of yummy nutrients without worrying about cooking, or even digestion. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
How does the 3-day juice cleanse work? Each day you receive a total of 3 litres of juice. That’s 6 bottles, 500ml each, of freshly pressed vegetable and fruit juices. Or to be more precise, it’s 5 bottles of juice and 1 bottle of nut milk, included to boost your protein intake during the cleanse. Why do a juice cleanse? It gives your digestive system a break, while you continue to take in lots of nutrients. This break will allow your body’s natural detoxification processes to do their work, clearing out toxins that have accumulated in your body (from the air, the water, your food, etc.). At that same time, you’ll be getting a huge boost of nutrients from the juices, which should help with mental clarity and energy.
You’ll get your juices delivered every evening (after 6pm), to be consumed over the course of the next day. In addition, you’ll receive an information pack to help guide and support you through the cleanse. The juice cleanse is R1200 for the 3 days, plus delivery charges. We try to use as much organic produce in the juices as possible.
Sign up fast to ensure your place on the cleanse– space is limited. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received, and bookings close on the Thursday before the cleanse begins (no bookings or refunds after that point). Please let us know of any allergies, intolerances or major dislikes at time of booking, as we may have to charge for substitutions.
Force majeure: In the event of electricity outages or other circumstances beyond our control, we do our best to shift our production times/ location to continue to provide you with raw food or juices. However, if the problems are too extensive or long-lasting, we may have to cancel the remainder of your detox/ cleanse and refund you or credit you the unused portion.
